Returns
You May return or exchange a product within 28 days of the date of delivery. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund (this does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods).
Cancellations
You will need to inform Memorabilia2u in writing via letter, fax or email that you wish to cancel an order. You will need to include your:
- Contact details (name, address, email address, contact number)
- Order reference
- Transaction reference
- The date that you placed the order
